Future Office - special exhibition with a focus on health
The special show "Future Office" is all about the workplace of tomorrow and highlights the changing working worlds. This time the focus is on health.
Daily guided tours, presentations and best practice examples will answer the question of how the healthy office can be designed, and examine this topic in greater depth. Experience new concepts and products for the office and check out the working world of the future - at the special show in hall 3.0.

Award ceremonies at Paperworld
Paperworld is the platform for the national and international awards of the paper, office supplies and stationery manufacturing trade. Here are all the awards at a glance:
The Industry Personality of the Year Award is based on a reader poll conducted by BusinessPartner PBS and C.ebra trade magazines and goes to personalities who impress by dint of their character, achievements, team spirit or ideas. Nominations, which should be sent to the publishing company, can be made by anyone.
Industry Personalities of the Year 2017:
- Klaus-Joachim "Joe" Meinert (General Manager Newell Brands Central, North, South Europe & Russia) and
- Michael Ruhnau (CEO "König-Gruppe“ and President of the Trade Association "Bürowirtschaft und Schreibkultur (HBS)”)
The design competition for greetings cards searches for the most creative greetings card. The initiators of the competition are Messe Frankfurt and the German Association of Greetings Cards Manufacturers and Publishers (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hersteller und Verleger von Glückwunschkarten – A.V.G.). The competition is aimed at young talents, such as vocational-school and university students.
The winners of the design competition for greeting cards 2018:
1st place: Jana Laux with the individual tealight card
2nd place: Denise Hartwig with a creative whale theme
3rd place: Franc Minh-Tai Nguyen with "My world is your world"
The readers of PBS Report trade magazine vote for their favourite from all ‘Specialist Retailers of the Month’. The key criterion for selection is the innovative activities of the retailer in the market. The initiator of this Award is Fachmagazin PBS Report.

The ISPA Award is an international distinction which manufacturers can enter with their product innovations. The initiator of the ISPA Award is the International Stationery Press Association (ISPA). The ISPA Award is given in five categories:
- Writing instruments
- Office solutions
- Social stationery
- Digital solutions
Outstanding features and product quality are honoured by the Verband der PBS-Markenindustrie (Office Brands Industry Association) with the ‘Product of the Year’ Award, which is open to all manufacturers of the paper, office supplies and stationery sector. It is given in five categories:
• Commercial office supplies
• Small Office Home Office
• School and private requisites
• Design award
• Sustainability award
The Recycler trade magazine is looking for the best manufacturers and suppliers in the remanufactured printing accessories segment. The ‘Recycler Award’ is given in five categories:
- „Remanufacturer of the Year"
- „Supplier of the Year"
- „Innovation of the Year"
- „Customer Service of the Year"
- „Rising Star of the Year"
Remanexpo with Remcon Seminars
The Remanexpo product area has been an integral part of Paperworld for years. For everything concerning printing and copying, you will find a comprehensive range from OEM suppliers and the recycling industry in hall 6.0. The spectrum ranges from products for remanufacturing laser and ink cartridges, toner and inks, to individual components such as OPCs. Providers of collection and recycling services are also represented. Every year around 150 companies showcase their innovations and technical improvements in the sustainable printing segment.
The Remcon seminars can be found in hall 6.0: Home to exciting presentations on the latest recycling industry themes. The comprehensive speaker programme will be available here from autumn 2017.

Sustainable Office Day
Everything about sustainability is offered at the Sustainable Office Day. In lectures and discussions, experts will give valuable insights into current developments in the "sustainable office world" and address the challenges of eco-fair procurement. The Sustainable Office Day is organized jointly with B.A.U.M., the German Association for Environmental Management e.V.
Messe Frankfurt has been working with B.A.U.M. for 20 years and supports the society as a member of the Förderkreis.
