"Future Office" - special exhibition with a focus on flexibility
The special show ‘Future Office’ is all about the workplace of tomorrow and highlights the changing working worlds. This time the focus is on flexibility. Daily guided tours, lectures and best practice examples explain what flexible working means today and in the future. New concepts and products for the office will also be shown.

Outstanding features and product quality are honoured by the Verband der PBS-Markenindustrie (Office Brands Industry Association) with the ‘Product of the Year’ Award, which is open to all manufacturers of the paper, office supplies and stationery sector. It is given in five categories:

The Recycler trade magazine is looking for the best manufacturers and suppliers in the remanufactured printing accessories segment. The ‘Recycler Award’ is given in five categories:
- „Remanufacturer of the Year"
- „Supplier of the Year"
- „Innovation of the Year"
- „Customer Service of the Year"
- „Rising Star of the Year"
The German Environmental Management Association (Bundesdeutscher Arbeitskreis für Umweltbewusstes Management e.V. – (B.A.U.M.) is looking for Germany’s most environmentally friendly offices. The award is given in various categories.
Remanexpo with Remcon Seminars

The Remanexpo product area has been an integral part of Paperworld for years. For everything concerning printing and copying, you will find a comprehensive range from OEM suppliers and the recycling industry. The spectrum ranges from products for remanufacturing laser and ink cartridges, toner and inks, to individual components such as OPCs. Providers of collection and recycling services are also represented. Every year around 150 companies showcase their innovations and technical improvements in the sustainable printing segment. An integral part of Remanexpo is the Remcon seminars with lectures on the current topics of the recycling industry.
Sustainable Office Day
Everything about sustainability is offered at the Sustainable Office Day. In lectures and discussions, experts will give valuable insights into current developments in the "sustainable office world" and address the challenges of eco-fair procurement. The Sustainable Office Day is organized jointly with B.A.U.M., the German Association for Environmental Management e.V.
‘Find out how sustainability can be implemented in the office at the Sustainable Office Day. Presented are "renewable" offices or even non-territorial jobs. The winners of the "Office & Environment" competition also present best practices for sustainable offices.’
Messe Frankfurt has been working with B.A.U.M. for 20 years and supports the society as a member of the Förderkreis. New Envelope: Packaging for E‑Commerce
‘We are very pleased to have this partnership with the VDBF, which will present this topic, of such high contemporary relevance to the sector, in a comprehensive way at Paperworld. That will be a genuine addition and a valuable perspective into the future.’
A NEW presentation in 2019 will be New Envelope – Packaging for E‑Commerce in Hall 3.0 C31. The e-commerce in mail-ordering theme park, presented by the Association for the German Envelope Industry (Verband der deutschen Briefumschlag-Industrie e.V. (VDBF)) for the first time at Paperworld, will be a market place for internet retailing, packaging and postal-service providers and operators of the trading platforms associated with them. The exhibition area will showcase various packaging solutions for the shipment of e-commerce products. Specialist talks will also be held, on the focal topic of “e-commerce cleverly packaged.”
