Please note in your declaration of participation that in 2021 the smallest stand size will be 18 square meters!

Your benefit: there is less work involved in preparing for the trade fair and your costs are significantly reduced if Paperworld 2021 cannot take place in Frankfurt.

  1. Send us the completed non-binding declaration of intention to exhibit.
  2. We will then mail you an individual location proposal.
  3. If you are happy with your location, send us your confirmation of intention to exhibit.
  4. We will then confirm your participation.

Information on set-up and dismantling

Set-up and dismantling times 2021

Set-up and dismantling at Messe Frankfurt

Regular set-up starts on 25 January 2021 from 0:01 am. You can commence with the set-up of your stand earlier on payment of a fee. Below are the set-up and dismantling times for your Paperworld 2021 planning.

During the regular set-up and dismantling times, work can be carried out non-stop in the halls, i.e. 24 hours.

Advanced setting-up (at extra cost)

  • 23 – 24 January 2021 | 23 January 2021 from 7 a.m. until 24 January 2021 at midnight
  • For stands under 200 sqm, the advanced set-up is available for a fee: EUR 226, - per day
  • No advanced set-up possible in Forum 0 and hall 1
  • Please order the advanced setting via the Shop for Exhibitor Services:

Regular set-up

  • 25 – 29 January 2021 | Around the clock from 00:01 a.m. on 25 January 2021 until 8 p.m. on 29 January 2021

From 3 p.m. on the last set-up day, 29 January 2021, the aisles must be kept free for carpet laying.

Entry to the exhibition grounds is only possible via the Check-in throughout the entire set-up (25. – 29.1.2021) and dismantling (2.2.2021 – 4.2.2021). Any vehicle that wants to enter the fairground, must be registered in advance.

  • 2. – 4. Februar 2021 | Around the clock from 8 p.m. on 2 February 2021 until 8 p.m. on 4 February 2021

On 2 February 2021, dismantling work is only possible on the stand itself until 8 p.m., because before then aisle carpets are removed and empty containers delivered. Vehicles for dismantling are permitted to enter the exhibition centre from 8 p.m.

Entry to the exhibition grounds is only possible via the Check-in throughout the entire set-up (25. – 29.1.2021) and dismantling (2.2.2021 – 4.2.2021). Any vehicle that wants to enter the fairground, must be registered in advance.

Check-in for set-up and dismantling

Check-in during set-up and dismantling

For the entire duration of the set-up and dismantling period, entry to the exhibition grounds is only possible via check-in. Any vehicle entering the exhibition grounds must be registered in advance via the Messe Frankfurt online portal. The information is verified at the check-in. Unregistered vehicles are not permitted to enter the exhibition grounds at the gates. It is also possible to register a vehicle on site, but delays can occur in this case.

For earlier stand set-up, no advance vehicle registration is required. It is sufficient to show that earlier set-up has been approved. Entry during this period is directly via Tor West (west gate).

Free PR for exhibitors

Press displays in the press center (Messe Frankfurt)

We will be pleased to support your press and PR activities for the trade, daily and business press during Paperworld. Our services for exhibitors:

  • Publication of press events: we publish the times and dates of your press event in the Press Centre and provide journalists with a list of all press events organised by exhibitors.
  • Press display units are available free of charge for presenting your corporate and product information in the Press Centre.

We would like to inform you that numerous suppliers have issued so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories". There are also e-mails in circulation that offer lists of exhibitors and visitors. Please pay attention to our information on this topics:

We would like to inform you that numerous suppliers such as Construct Data (FAIRGuide, Expo Guide), Matic Verlagsgesellschaft mbH and the online catalogue "International Fairs Directory" have issued so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories".

These directories have nothing to do with the official exhibitor directory as issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

The official exhibitor directory as well as all online media are strictly issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Medien und Service GmbH.

The billing of the booked online media is based on the respective trade fair event visited. The invoices correspond to the typical Messe Frankfurt Corporate design.

You can find more information about the so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories" on the home page of the AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry.
