“Technical expertise” or “successful design” were not the only features earning awards at the industry association’s “Products of 2008” Competition. The eight-member jury also took into account such factors as “fun factor” and “customer utility.” The winners were presented on the first day of Paperworld, 23 January 2008. In the category of “Commercial office supplies”, Ideal Krug & Priester won the prize for product of the Year, with their Alu Shredder AL1. Trodat won an award in the Category “Small office - home office” with its Multicolor Impression individual multi-stamp . Among the entries for “School and office supplies”, Faber-Castell was the clear winner, with its creatively designed COSMO mini-rubber. The Product of the Year Award for presentation design went to Landré for the Oxford Langnese Trend Collection. |
