England’s OPI trade magazine has been using the leading international trade fair for the sector as the setting for the presentation of the European Office Products Awards for many years. These coveted prizes are given for outstanding services in the following categories: marketing, customer orientation, environmental awareness, new product launch, young entrepreneur and services to the industry.

Outstanding achievements and product quality are also honoured by the Association of the German paper, office supplies and stationery sector with awards for the ‘Product of the Year 2012’, which are given in the following categories: ‘business office supplies’, ‘small office home office", ‘articles for the school and private use’ and ‘best presentation concept’.

Greeting Cards Design Competition

Paperworld is the annual venue of the well-established design competition for greetings cards. The completion is organised jointly by AVG, the Association of Greetings Cards Manufacturers and Publishers, and Messe Frankfurt. It is open to students of design and art who are called upon to submit their ideas for innovative greetings cards.
At Café Card, trade visitors decide which of the nominated designs win. The three award-winners will be presented with cash prizes on the last day of the fair.
